‍Job Overview: Our client, a multinational company who majors in manufacturing, engineering and oil & gas services is looking to hire an experienced Technical Proposal Manager to work with them. The Ideal candidate must have Technical Proposal experience in the Oil & Gas Sector, Engineering Design Company or Fabrication/Ship Building Companies.

‍Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and reviewing ITT and proposal documents.
• Contract management.
• Managing and developing vendor relationships. 
• Impacting positively on the company's business relating to tenders and proposals.
• Interpreting the client's requests including reading the drawings and specifications to be implemented into proposal and bidding strategy. 

‍Key Requirements:

• BSc./HND in Engineering, Business Administration or any relevant Sciences and also Masters degree will be an added advantage 
• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Technical Proposal Analyst preferably within the engineering, oil and gas and manufacturing industries.
• Sound skills in Engineering Process Management 
• Familiar with the basic cost estimate for fabrication and logistics will be an added advantage. 
• Strong technical proposal writing and contract bidding skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
