Sector: Retail (FMCG)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all the online and offline sales activities for the company
• Escalate product related issues to the management
• Attend to all customers, client enquiries and product issues
• Handle all the company social media handles, emails and other online sales platforms
• Collaborate with the company management on sales reconciliation and present other sales reports
• Ensuring the store does not run out of stocks and always updating new products on the online platforms.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of OND/NCE or HND qualifications in any field of study
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Sales
• Experience in social media and online marketing is required
• Previous experience managing a retail fashion store is desirable but not compulsory
• Must be eloquent, very decent and good looking
• Good customer service and relationship management skills
• Candidates must live close to or on the Island, Lagos
