The Programme Manager will play a key role in planning (content creation and scheduling), mobilizing participants, coordination and execution of Programmes such as training, conferences, seminars, breakfast meetings, roundtables, etc. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills, a commitment to professional development, and the ability to create and organize engaging learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- To assist with the planning (content creation and scheduling), coordination and execution of Programmes such as training, conferences, seminars, breakfast meetings, roundtables, etc.
- Development and distribution of marketing communication for training and programmes
- Mobilization of participants for different programmes of the Society.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure the promotion of SCGN training and programmes on digital platforms.
- Assist the Membership department with developing relevant training programmes for SCGN members.
- Identify and secure vast and experienced facilitators to ensure the delivery of effective training sessions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to contribute insights and collaborate on strategies to ensure the required number of participants for each training programme is achieved.
- Implement and uphold standards for delivering a high-quality training experience, focusing on participant engagement, knowledge transfer, and practical application of skills.
- Proactively seek feedback from participants, facilitators, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Use this feedback to enhance future training programs.
- Establish and implement monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of both content and facilitation, making data-driven decisions for ongoing improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant work experience in programmes and training coordination.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt training content to various audiences and learning styles.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in social science.
Work condition: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
