Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage security personnel, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance for efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• National Diploma or equivalent; a certification in a related field is a plus.
• 2 years of proven experience in operations or supervisory roles, preferably within the security industry.
