Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Call Center Correspondence to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, generate sales, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to inquiries, recommending products, processing orders, and ensuring timely follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales generation and conversion through effective communication and product recommendations.
- Respond to customer inquiries via 3CX phone system, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other communication channels.
- Recommend suitable products based on client concerns, inquiries, and skin issues.
- Provide clear instructions on product usage to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively follow up on placed orders to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Offer alternative product suggestions when an item is unavailable.
- Accurately record client orders using the order-taking form and forward them to the Orders Department for processing.
- Track orders and ensure timely dispatch to customers.
- Maintain a "Notify Me" list for out-of-stock products and forward requests to the Client Retention, Client Success Supervisor, and Inventory Department.
- Process refund requests when necessary and escalate to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for order processing and follow-ups.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Proficiency in CRM software and order management systems is a plus.
