Key Responsibilities

1. Manage customer relationships and provide excellent service.

2. Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loans, etc.).

3. Open and maintain customer accounts.

4. Conduct credit analysis and assess loan applications.

5. Monitor and manage account activity.

6. Identify cross-selling opportunities.

7. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.

8. Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

1. B. Sc degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

2. 1-3 years of banking experience is a must.

3. Strong knowledge of banking products and services.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Professional certification (e.g., CFA, ACCA).

2. Experience with core banking systems.

3. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
